If you have been looking for a new career, and fancy joining us as a trainee PCV driver, you could get your bus driving licence with us and be behind the wheel within just a couple of weeks. Our in-house training school at Stansted Airport offers a comprehensive training programme incorporating training for your practical and theory PCV tests, and also preparation to help you gain your Certificate of Professional Competence.

Job Location: Rettendon Common, Essex
We’re looking for candidates with a full category D or D1 driving licence (you must not have the 101 restriction code on your licence). We do also offer driver training if you do not currently have a bus licence. You must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, and you must bring a flexible, helpful and customer-focused approach to your work. We also need you to be confident using smartphone technology for walkaround checks and to receive job details, as we are a digital-first business.

Commercial Manager – East Anglia

Job Location: Diss, Norfolk
We’re excited to have won a new contract with Norfolk County Council to operate part of the Norwich Park & Ride network. We’re seeking an experienced bus industry professional to oversee this contract and provide commercial planning oversight for our Simonds and Flagfinders operations, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, and north Essex.

This role is based at our modern Diss depot, with local travel throughout East Anglia and occasional visits to our Loughborough HQ. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned commercial officer looking to grow or for a commercial manager ready to demonstrate their skills in planning, mobilising, and managing high-frequency urban transport services, as well as essential rural and contract services that connect isolated communities to vital resources like education, employment, and healthcare.

Job Location: Stansted, Harlow, Chelmsford and Rettendon, Essex
We’re looking for candidates with a full category D or D1 licence. If you don’t yet have a Bus Licence or Driver CPC, we offer fully funded training—including CPC and licence costs—and pay you for your time during training. You must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK and a flexible, helpful, customer-focused approach. Confidence using smartphone apps is important, as we’re a digital-first business. We offer a friendly working environment, guaranteed 40 hours per week for full-time roles, flexible rotas, and guaranteed overtime if wanted.
